A Trinidadian native traveling to over 50 countries, including 100 regions and provinces, has exposed Chef Natasha to an incomparable wealth of culinary knowledge, diversity, culture, and flavors. Her exceptional work has led her to cook for dignitaries, celebrities, monarchs, and is most notable known as Chef on Season 2 of Bravo TV’s hit reality show Below Deck Sailing Yacht streaming on NBC Universal's Peacock and Bravo, as well as a 4-time guest on TV Talk-Show Watch What Happens Live with Andy Cohen on Bravo.
Natasha de Bourg is historically noted as the first Caribbean student and first Caribbean female student at César Ritz Colleges Switzerland to hold all three positions simultaneously as culinary president, health ambassador, and resident ambassador. Her education includes a Bachelor of Arts in Culinary Arts from Derby University in the United Kingdom, Bachelor’s Degree in International Business from Cesar Ritz College Switzerland, and a Diploma in Hospitality & Tourism from Tobago Hospitality & Tourism Institute (THTI). in Trinidad and Tobago.
In addition to studying mixology and bartending from Colin Peter Field, ranked as the best bartender in the world by Forbes, at Ritz Paris in Paris, Chef Natasha is currently enrolled at Harvard Extension School, a division of Harvard University for Culinary Psychology, and is the Founder and President of the Trinidad Culinary Association (TCA).
